I absolutely love this armband! I'm getting back into running again and find that its super awkward to run with your phone in your pocket and I'm always scared it will fall out so I'm constantly putting my hand on my pocket and it slows me down. Also, a lot of Women's fitness clothing bottoms have little or no pockets. The armband fits an array of arm sizes and has super strong velcro so you don't have to worry about it coming undone or slipping off. On the inside, it has slots where you can put your i.d., credit cards, or a spare key. It also has a hole that you can thread your headphone cord through which is super awesome! I have to also mention how outstanding the customer service is...when I received my armband, it was defective so I wrote to them and they sent me another one in the mail no questions asked!
