So I've recently entered the world of Matcha tea, which is amazing, but to fully experience Matcha and get the true taste and foamyness from it, you have to use the whisk or 'chasen'. The cute little spoon helps you measure out the perfect amount of Matcha powder to hot water. I usually start at 4 oz of water and gradually add more to my own taste, but Ive found that it is much easier to whisk at 4 oz to get that nice foam. Both the chasen and spoon are made of bamboo and are a must have for Match Tea drinkers!!
