I can't get over how tasty this oatmeal is!! I had some before my workout around 9 and I am usually starving when I'm finished, but I went all the way until 1:30 until I started to get hungry! This has all the good stuff you need to 'Kick Start' your day and give you the fuel and energy you need to push on through the day!
