My Sunny Day was signing that thick stack of papers with my husband that would lead us to buying our first home. We looked at numerous homes, going back and forth with sellers, and put our Realtor through the ringer! We were pre-approved with our great credit scores that we worked YEARS on.
After months of looking at houses and getting turned down on our offers, we found the perfect house!! As soon as we walked in, we both looked at eachother, smiled and said "This is the one!". The square footage was perfect, the price was perfect, and there was a beautiful back yard with a brand new deck! Yes!! As soon as this house went up on the market, we were the first ones to look at it and put in an offer....and just like that, we were accepted and were new homeowners!! It was a real milestone in our life and I wouldn't change anything about it! Well, maybe one thing...we would have used the Resource Center!
